Q. Where is the hostel located? A. We are located on the West side of the Island, right on the beach, 15 minutes drive from Corfu town, port or airport. We are only 3 minutes walk from the Village center of Agios Gordios where all the shops, restaurants, bars, bus station, etc.. is. We provide free transportation to our guests, just email us your arrival information so we can arrange to be there. We are affiliated with the Pink Palace Resort/ Hostel and our bus is always waiting at the port to provide everyone with a free ride to the hostel. So Look for our representative at the port holding the Pink Palace sign, or just jump on the bus, if you do not see us please call us at: 0030 6974380579 or 0030 26610 53980 .We are surrounded by beautiful sandy bays, olive covered hills, with beautiful hiking trails, and traditional fishing villages where you can taste local home made wine and lots of Greek specialities.		Q. What is included in the price for a night? A. Our prices include: Free pick up when you arrive, room, cooked breakfast and 3 course greek dinner. Also when you check out we have a free luggage room where you can leave your luggage for the day and you are welcome to still use all the hostel's facilities like: Free beach chairs, jaccuzi, showers, internet, etc...We also arrange transportation back to the port for you.
Q. Is there a lock-out? A. There is NO LOCKOUT or CURFEW. Our rooms are cleaned daily. You get your own key as soon as you check in--so you can get in and out as you please.		Q. Are there parking facilities available? A. There is Free parking for all our guests, also bus parking available, Free of charge.
Q. Is there a curfew? A. There is NO CURFEW. Our hostel is open 24 hours and you have access to your rooms at all hours after you have checked in and you have your own key. If you lose a key, you pay a small fine ( The cost to replace it)		Q. What are check-in and checkout times? A. You can check in 24 hours if your room is clean. Because most guests arrive in the mornings we have check in start at: 9 am, but if rooms are clean and available, you get into your room as soon as you arrive. Check out is at 9 to 10 am, but of course you can stay at the hostel untill your departure time and use all the facilities for free, like showers, luggege room, pool, jaccuzi, restaurant, etc...
Q. What methods of payment are accepted? A. We accept all major Credit cards. There is also an ATM in our local village.		Q. How do i get there from Athens? A. We have our own bus running from Athens to Corfu and from Corfu to Athens. The bus departs from the HI Hostel Apfrodite in Athens.. Route from Athens to Corfu: APRIL-MAY ODD DATES, JUNE-JULY EVEN DATES, AUGUST ODD DATES, SEPTEMBER EVEN DATES. The bus departs at 8 pm. The price is 55 Euros per person and that includes your first night's accommodation with us, breakfast and dinner the day of your arrival and the ferry ticket for the boat between the Mainland and Corfu. FOR THE PERIOD 15/7-15/8 THE PRICE IS 65 EUROS. FOR PINK PALACE EXPRESS BUS Please be there at least 2 hours ahead time. Also if you plan to travel on the Pink Palace bus that evening, you can go and store your luggage there for free and than explore Athens. The trip duration is about 9 hours and that includes the boat ride crossing from Igoumenitsa. The bus brings you right outside the Pink Palace reception, which is also where you check inn. PUBLIC BUS SERVICE If The Pink Palace bus is not running the day you wish to travel there is also the PUBLIC BUS departing from KIFFISSOS Athens bus station and coming directly to Corfu. It departs 3 times a day at: 7 am, 10 am and 8 pm. Please be there ahead of time to buy your ticket and settle your self in the bus. Tel: 210 51 29 443 or 210 51 34 559.Ticket price 41 euros. Q. How do i get from Patras to Corfu? A. There are 2 Boat lines running daily to Corfu and Igoumenitsa (the mainland near Corfu). There is MINOAN lines departing Patras daily at 11.30 pm arriving in Corfu at 6.45 am. If you have a eurail pass you get a discount. There is also Anek lines, it departs same time. Please be there ahead of time. Ticket price 29 euros. We meet the Patras ferries so look for us when you get off the boat. If we are not there yet just wait, it means we are on our way. TEl: 0030 6974380579		Q. How are you affiliated with Pink Palace? A. Pink Palace and Corfu Backpackers and Travelers Inn are owned by the same family in the same location near each other. For functioning purposes they use same reception area and guests get enjoy and share facilities of both hostels.
